Meo oi!  is a first-hand, hand-drawn animation short film produced by 3 silly girls for their school's assignment. In over a span of 2 months, they've watched the project grow from just words on paper, to being a full-fledge animated short film.

The story follows a little girl name Li Lac, which in Vietnamese means being bubbly and cheerful. Li Lac has a strong sense of empathy and she's been feeding a stray cat that lives around her apartment, until one day, when she discovered an untouched bowl..
